Stress is a pervasive thing that floats into our minds, bodies, and lives. There are so many things that create stress that we as humans are unaware of until symptoms start showing up in our bodies and lives… by then our bodies have carried that stress for far too long. 

Stress to me is anything that does not feel good to you – mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually.

When someone says you are being indecisive wishy washy or flaky, say Thank You. 

That’s my process for making the best choices in my life.

It has taken me years… 

To see and own what I am really good at and it has taken me even longer to stop focusing on and working on what I am not good at… (yes, having that at at the end of that sentence is bothering me grammatically… but let’s roll with it, can we?!)

Being indecisive, wishy washy or flaky in your life is truly a gift. It is a hail to be patient, wait, take more time, and listen to your internal whispers.
