Instructions For Taking The Be Stress Free Quiz

Please read carefully.

  1. There are five (5) sections in the Be Stress Free Quiz.  Each section has five (5) clusters of words.
  2. Contemplate what brings you joy, not stress as you assess each cluster of words.
  3. Evaluate which cluster resonates with you the most to the least.
  4. Assign one of these numbers 5, 4, 3, 2, or 1 to each word cluster on each page so that the total of the numbers on each page equals 15.  Use each of the numbers in each section one time with 5 being the most important to you and 1 being the least important to you.
  5. Enter your email address. (Giving me your email address is a gift.  I hold your email address close to my heart, don’t share it with anyone, and hope that you receive value from the feel good emails I send to you.)
  6. Click submit.

You will receive:

  • An email with your quiz entries.
  • Information by email about how to use your top 2 and lowest score in your life to reduce and eliminate stress each and every day.
  • Other feel good encouragement and offers to be stress free.
