This morning… I woke up feeling sad. And I realized, it is very ok to feel sad…

This morning… I woke up feeling sad.
And I realized, it is very ok to feel sad… or some other feeling.

And… that I or you DO NOT have to explain it or answer WHY you feel that way.

You and I can just acknowledge the feeling… and allow it space to be.

When I woke up, I silently said I am sad. Then I said Why am I sad.

This need to explain, understand, answer the question why… is unnecessary.

And, it takes more hours analyzing the feeling… than just allowing it space to be there and allowing the reason to just show up or not.

You do not have to explain how you feel.

You can simply acknowledge how you feel…

And take the time to sit with it.

Acknowledge it. Thank it. And allow it to time to naturally process through your body.

You will find, with practice, that feeling your feels will take a lot less time than when it did with you trying to analyze, criticize, explain, defend, or feel wrong to have the feelings to begin with.

So… you are formally invited to feel without ever having to answer why – for yourself or anyone else… Ever!
